Hero MotoCorp, the largest two-wheeler maker in the Indian market, announced the launch of its first Hero branded bike – Hero Impulse – in the Indian auto market. The company has said that the bike will soon be available for sale in the country. The Hero impulse is priced at Rs 66,800 (ex-Delhi showroom) and on-road price of Impulse 150 is Rs. 78,300 in Mumbai.

The Impulse is the first bike from us which will be sold only under the Hero brand. We have already started dispatches and it will soon be available at showrooms in metros and Tier-I cities. As per our agreement with Honda, this bike is with the support of their technology and we are not selling it under the Hero Honda brand. Considering the dual purpose of the bike and the features it has, this comes at a slight premium compared to other normal 150-cc bikes. We are not positioning this as a niche segment bike. We are targeting all the typical 150-cc bikers who have a desire to do off-road activities with their motorcycles. We are not looking at this bike as a niche product, but trying to have an extensive market reach.
Hero Impulse and Ranbir Kapoor : The Hero Impulse which is powered by 150CC engine was unveiled by Ranbir Kapoor.
Hero Impulse Colors: Hero Impulse is available in various shades Tar Black, Deep Blue Sea, Terra Rossa, Grassland Green and Canyon Orange

ReplyDeleteI bought this bike 25 days ago and I love it, It makes me go looking for bad roads, mileage is around 45 Plus.
ReplyDeleteOne noticeable bad thing about the bike is its gear ration, first gear is powerful and the second falls short to take it forward, only in traffic. Otherwise it is a well balanced bike.
